For non-commercial commissions

Prices might change based on commission
I have a right to reject any order for any reason
If you want to use the artwork commercially, please ask me first for an agreement

Currently, I accept payments in GBP sent through PayPal
Commissions can be either pay 100% upfront or split 50/50; half upfront and half after a sketch is approved
Don't send me a payment unless I agreed to take on your commission!

The time it takes me to complete a commission will vary; from few hours (a sketch) to even few days or about 2-3 weeks for complex pieces. It depends on the complexity of the art itself, communication with a customer and things like my health, other work, etc.
I will send you regular updates as I work on your commission and inform you of any delays that might happen
Currently I only offer digital commissions only and will send a full res. image alongside a more web-friendly version. No physical product.

I accept both visual references and descriptions, but do prefer the former. If you don't have a visual reference, please do be very descriptive of what you want your commission to be.
You get to change the commission during the sketch phase only. Once I move away from that stage, there will be a small fee if you want any new changes, unless there's been a misunderstanding on my side.
If you wish to change something you previously approved, I will charge you a fee based on how big the change is.

I, Paulina Kucharska (the artist):

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

You (the customer/commissioner):

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
You MAY use the artwork for your social media channels (Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, etc.) but NOT the merchandise.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own
Altering the artwork without my consent
In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Mexicat - 1 time only headshot/bust
Veesear - 1 time only half body drawing
Dragon Goddess - a free commission piece per month (assuming it would be less than £100 normally)

You will receive these benefits after you join my Patreon page and your payment has went through. Once you stop being my patron, the benefits will stop.
